Hi, I’m Bridget. I’m a fitness fanatic but I haven’t always been this way.

I have struggled as a teen and into the 20s with my weight, yo-yoing over the years! After losing my Mom to Cancer when I was 21 and battling with emotional eating and anxiety, I decided that it was time to change and that my health was important to me. Over the years, I have lost 40+ pounds and have fallen in love with health/fitness and helping others on their journey.

I am raising two boys with my husband and have lived in the Midwest my entire life. I have ran two marathons. I am a Fitness Instructor + Coach, Personal Trainer and Virtual Wellness Motivator. I am an adult orphan, and former Corporate America gal.

My loves are: my family, anything fitness, coffee, tacos, chips + guac, Sauvignon Blanc, peanut butter, the ocean, trying new restaurants, and having new adventures with my family. Even though I eat clean 90% of the time, I am still a foodie at heart! I love fashion, hair, the beach, BRAVO TV shows, and sneaking in alone time when I can!

I am a believer and achiever in life and know that change starts with ME– believing I can do it, and then putting actions behind it.. I help women find their BELIEF and BALANCE so they can work on themselves so they can feel good in their skin, have inner peace and happiness in happiness in all they do! I inspire people to level up and not sell themselves short on their life goals.
